| Description: Bob Green : The story of the Maid of the Loch. Bob takes us through the history of the paddle steamer and the many years the Trust has been working to restore it. We all know the Maid. Now hopefully nearing its return to the open water, we are given insight into its story. This is a prominent feature on Loch Lomond. The Lennox Heritage Society AGM will precede this talk. Venue: old council chamber in the Municipal Buildings in Dumbarton (near Dumbarton Central Station) at 7:30pm. |
