Following a successful community dig in conjunction with the East Lothian Archaeological Service last year a further exploration will take place between 8th and 17th September this year. The presence of a pre-17th century building was confirmed but the findings raised more questions than it provided answers about its purpose. A more extensive dig is planned and diggers of experience or none are being sought to help. Children under 16 years will be required to come with an adult.
