Event Details

Little remains of the railway network in Galloway, with cars and heavy lorries replacing the passenger and freight trains of the last century. Tonight we are going to travel on the “Forgotten Railways of Galloway”, including visits to Castle Douglas, Kirkcudbright, Newton Stewart, Stranraer, Portpatrick and Cairnryan.'The talk will be presented by Angus Rex.
