Kate Rycroft will be telling us about the history of the Amisfield Gardens in Haddington. These gardens, known as Amisfield Park, built in the 18th century, were carefully cultivated but abandoned at the end of the 19th century. Fortuntely the garden has been saved by an enthusiastic band of volunteers and this talk decribes the work and end result.
