The meeting will be held on Wednesday 12th February at 7.30 pm in the Parish Church Hall, when David Henry will give a talk on the history of Kirkcudbright lifeboat entitled; ’From Oars to Outboards.’ A former member of Kirkcudbright Lifeboat crew he will take you on a passage and steer you through the history of Kirkcudbright Lifeboats and the folks involved. Dropping anchor at times to explore in more depth.
Members will be given an opportunity to donate to the Kirkcudbright Lifeboat Boathouse Appeal.
Visitors (£3) are welcome both in the hall and on Zoom.
