Gullane and Dirleton History Society are delighted to be starting up another season of fascinating talks on local history topics. On September 21st, at 7.30pm, in Gullane Village Hall we will be getting together (but well spaced) to hear the well-known Burns' expert Gordon M. Jamieson give an illustrated talk entitled "Robert Burns and East Lothian", focusing on Burns' Border tour and his family connections in East Lothian. All are welcome to come along and hear more and inspect the History Society's excellent locally written books on this area of East Lothian.
