Join Carrick History Society in celebrating the Platinum Jubilee by looking back at The Queen's visit to Maybole in 1956. The exhibition will have photographs and newspaper articles from the event.

South Ayrshire Council Museums and Galleries have loaned us The Town Hall visitor book that the Royal couple signed on the day. We are also going to tell the story of the other names in the pages of the book as well as looking at the social history of the coronation through magazine advertisements.
