The National Mining Memorial Centre features photographs of many of the mining related memorials in Scotland. One of their volunteers is working on compiling a booklet giving details of all the mining related memorials in Scotland. A list of known memorials can viewed on the National Mining Museum Scotland web site (www.nationalminingmuseum.com [1]). However, they would welcome information about any they have missed and about the progress of new memorials being planned.
