Archives cover the period from 1200 to date and are typical of a local authority archive but the Heritage Hub has collection strengths in textiles and rugby archives.

Archives (reference BML) of William Pollock 'Bill' McLaren CBE (1923-2010), Scottish rugby union commentator, teacher and journalist, known as 'the voice of rugby'.
