When & Where
Event Details
Charity lecture with wine, mince pies and a raffle
Speaker: James Crawford, author and BBC presenter
James Crawford will show how, from up high, Scotland is transformed. He’ll discuss how you can read the landscape and see people’s stories within it, over thousands of years. Going from the beginnings of aerial photography to cutting edge modern techniques, his talk will explore how the view from above has revolutionised our understanding of the past and fundamentally altered the landscapes we know today.
Join us for drinks and mince pies from 6.15pm, with a chance to win a fantastic prize in our charity raffle. The lecture begins at 7.00pm.
All profits will be donated to The Brain Tumour Charity.
