Event Details

Explore Kirkcudbright's historic kirkyard with guides from Kirkcudbright History Society.

In a beautiful setting above the town, and the site of the original kirk which gave the town its name, the kirkyard and its memorials tell many fascinating and surprising stories about the town and its past inhabitants.

Tours are free and take approximately one hour.
There are some steep steps and some walking on grass.
Meet at the main kirkyard gate.

The tours take place on Wednesdays from July10th to August 14th , for days and times check with www.kirkcudbrighthistorysociety.org.uk.
