Cupar Heritage Centre

About

Cupar Heritage Centre, situated in an old staff cottage at Cupar Railway Station, will stage two special displays this year: "The impact of the First World War" and "The 125th Anniversary of Bell Baxter School". These are in addition to the semi-permanent "Story of Cupar" exhibit. Other artefacts are a time capsule, buried in 1897 and unearthed late last year, when the town’s Mercat Cross was moved to make way for road improvements.

Although not yet fixed, this year’s opening times are likely to be similar to last year when the centre opened in mid April, Wednesdays 2.00pm – 4.30pm, Saturdays 10.00am – 1.00pm and Sundays 2.00 – 4.30pm.

Regular meetings are held on the last Monday of each Month from March to November. Meetings are held in Age Concern Building, Provost Wynd, Cupar, starting at 7.30 pm
