It is with great sadness that we inform you of the death of Professor Paul Bishop, Chair of SLHF, on 25th January after a short illness. A detailed tribute will appear in issue 112 of our Journal - Scottish Local History - but meanwhile it is appropriate to recognise the truly massive contribution that he made to the running of the Forum, in many different ways since he became Chair after the 2018 AGM. He will be very sadly missed.
